The Annual General Meeting of the Newport Fiddle and Folk Club will be held on Tuesday 24 March.
Come along and celebrate our achievements over the last year.
The Annual Report will be presented, all Committee positions will be declared vacant and an election will be held.
Committee nominations
All financial club members are eligible to be nominated for a Committee position. If you wish to nominate:
Download the nomination form, print it, fill in your details and have it signed by 2 financial club members.
All nominations must be advised to the Club Secretary Rick Sidgwick 7 days before the AGM, i.e. by 17 March. If possible, send the complete nomination form to Rick. If not, just advise Rick of your name, the Committee position you're nominating for, and the names of your 2 nominators. You can contact Rick via email or phone: 0403 244 688.
If you have not sent the signed nomination form to Rick, you must bring it to the AGM for your nomination to be considered.
