Bush Dance
Come join us for a free family-friendly event in the Newport Lakes Amphitheatre, which will feature traditional Australian bush music provided by the Newport Bush Orchestra as well as other local musical acts, The Bobcats and Danny and the Rockets. Bring a picnic and your dancing shoes and we will teach you the dance steps. There will be other family-friendly activities on show as well. Music Camp
The Newport Fiddle and Folk Club will be once again holding their Biennial Music Camp at Cave Hill Creek (via Beaufort, Victoria) on the weekend of Friday 17 - Sunday 19 April. Last camp was a raging success with everyone enjoying the music ,good vibes and great food ,conviviality and lots of fun. The program will be similar to last time with some possible additions.
